Ever since her return
from her extended honeymoon with hubby Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma has been on
her toes, juggling with multiple work commitments! Bollywood star Anushka
Sharma’s upcoming movie Pari’s new
teaser, or as the makers would like to call it, ‘a screamer’, just hit the
internet. And the 30-second video is every bit as intriguing as you would
imagine a horror-thriller to be.
The teaser opens with a
shot of the actor looking dreamily ahead as a cartoon show on television blares
in the background. But as the camera pans towards her body, the visuals get
disturbing. The camera lingers over her handcuffed wrists, bruises, and cuts
over her legs, which, by the way, are also chained. Later, towards the end of
the video, we see the nails of the actor’s feet growing at an alarming rate.
This isn`t it, though. We see an eerie shot of her toes, giving an eerie
twitch. Her toenail is strange and pointed.
The background score,
in just a few seconds of the teaser, manages to haunt you for long. Anushka
took to Instagram on Friday and shared a spooky teaser from the film with the
caption, "She will grow on you... #1MonthToPari".
The haunting eyes, the
cold, blue tint of doom and just one face –that`s Anushka Sharma upcoming movie Pari. The first look of the film was
released on Twitter by the actor last year. The first teaser, which was 19
seconds long, showed the actor’s face being slowly splattered with blood. Pari
is being described as a supernatural horror. In fact, the title of the film
itself claims, ‘Pari, not a fairy tale’.
Anushka Sharma is
scheduled to Pari release date on
2nd March. Upcoming movie Pari also stars Bengali actress Parambrata
Chatterjee, has been directed by debutant Prosit Roy. Pari is jointly produced
by Anushka’s Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment.

feeling of this horror flick taps right into our system. Well! Get ready for a
bone-chilling Holi this year!
